Wire EDM is far more precise than conventional milling but takes much longer to process. With more than 32+ machines its no more a longer process. Customers do not have to concern about the delivery schedule.

General Specifications:
1. Achieved tolerance close to +/- 3 micron.
2. Recast layer on a average of 2-5 micron.
3. Ra value up-to 0.2
Hard materials can be scooped / machined by EDM with keeping minimal stock to finished surface and parts can be completed through traditional methods with out any risk of having recast layer.
By doing this method customers can save lot of machining time and tooling cost involved.
